Cancellation Timeframe

After making the purchase, the customer has 2 hours to submit a cancellation request, and we will be happy to process the full refund.

After these 2 hours, your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed, except for your shipping address. We can always correct/change your shipping address before it is shipped.
